Join our Technical Department where, in a young and relaxed atmosphere, you’ll work in a rich technical environment (Exchange, Azure, Cloud, Virtualization…), in direct contact with clients, and in collaboration with our AdminSys, Network, and Technical Management teams.

Job description :

• Carry out WiFi coverage studies (pre-installation and post-installation), both indoor and outdoor, at client sites
• Deploy, install, and configure hardware
• Provide technical support to users, remotely or on-site for more complex cases
• Manage the security of various client architectures
• Conduct R& ;D projects on new technologies and solutions for our clients, as well as improve monitoring tools

Technical skills

• Strong command of LAN, WAN, and especially WiFi network protocols
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocols
• Familiarity with networking equipment, especially Ruckus and Ubiquiti WiFi access points
• Understanding of SSID, channel, authentication, WPA/WPE
• Knowledge of IT security, firewall rules, NAT, ideally PfSense
