Lead IT Technician

Join our Technical Department where, in a young and relaxed atmosphere, you’ll work in a rich technical environment (Exchange, Azure, Cloud, Virtualization…), in direct contact with clients, and in collaboration with our AdminSys, Network, and Technical Management teams.

Job description :

  • Lead and manage a team of five IT technicians handling day-to-day incidents
  • Provide technical support to users, remotely or on-site, for more complex cases
  • Monitor and organize the tracking of breakdowns and interventions for clients
  • Train and help junior technicians under your supervision develop their skills
  • Lead improvement projects for monitoring tools
  • Participate in R& ;D projects and the implementation of new technologies and solutions for our clients
  • Manage technical infrastructure upgrade projects

Technical skills

  • Excellent knowledge of operating systems, mainly Microsoft (client and server) and some macOS
  • Strong understanding of office software suites
  • Proficiency with messaging solutions based on Exchange and Office 365
  • Good knowledge of IT and network security
  • Management skills including time management, prioritization, and reporting
