Join our Technical Department where, in a young and relaxed atmosphere, you’ll work in a rich technical environment (Exchange, Azure, Cloud, Virtualization…), in direct contact with clients and in collaboration with our AdminSys, Network, and Technical Management teams.

Job description :

• Provide technical support to users, remotely or on-site, for the most complex cases
• Diagnose and resolve issues on workstations and servers
• Manage the security of various client infrastructures
• Audit IT systems, make recommendations, and implement improvements
• Participate in R& ;D projects, exploring new technologies and improving monitoring tools

However, the following skills are essential :

Technical skills

• Proficiency with operating systems, mainly Microsoft (client and server) and some macOS
• Strong knowledge of office software suites
• Understanding of messaging solutions
• Knowledge of messaging systems such as Exchange and Office 365
• Basic knowledge of IT security
